I encourage you to join me here to either work on your weight loss and or maintenance! May I encourage you to either loose at least 1 to 3 pounds or more this month and maintain it over this next month.

As for me; due to my ongoing Cancer Treatment and my recovery from the last surgery’s I am underweight and am trying to stay where I am currently weighing or at least not lose any further weight, ideally it would be wonderful to gain some back!
