    Balmy 20 degrees this morning.
Sinuses still draining like a faucet. Drinking lots of hot honey lemonade for the Vit C and phlegm busting properties of the fresh lemon juice and soothing effects of the honey. Tastes good too.
I did get out with girls for about an hour in the afternoon yesterday. Got a few steps in.
How did the dulcimer session go yesterday?

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning!

We are supposed to see 60 today with little wind. Ah, a taste of Spring!

Lee, I hope that your cold gets better soon.

Praying for you men that are going through health issues right now.

I didn't get much done yesterday, so chores abound today. Yuck.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning,
Been to breakfast at church, back home to pick up DW for church and school
DGD called wants to ride with me this afternoon I reckon no nap this afternoon
Thats the problem with working Steve, time off has to be spent doing chores; of course, once you retire
the honey do list will increase.
Get feeling better Lee, sinus issues are not fun.
    Bob, pray eye is healing
Bill, hope back and knee held out for lessons
Mike, sorting and deciding to discard stuff helps with enjoyment of environment; my opinion is if have not been used in past year discard. Generally there is always someone who can utilize someone else stuff.

    Good morning gentlemen.

It's 42 this morning, so we make your cut line, Sam. But the high, today, will be 45, so riding would be chilly. You all know I was stationed in Central Alaska. My record lows are just silly. Jack London story cold. I choose to not live where that is common. Glad you have warmed a bit in New England.

Church this morning, followed by a meeting to discuss some details of a planned sanctuary renovation. Might go do something with DW, this afternoon.

    Good Morning

It is hard to fathom these low temps, but it does validate my decision to abandon the Northeast in the late 70s for Southern California. Be safe.
A church meeting involving a major renovation and money. Always a good time.
My lessons went well. My knee was burning pretty good halfway through the 6am lesson which shifts my posture and makes my back snarly. So I rigged up a set up with my walker, and a stool. The walker allows me to stand while listening with my hips parallel to the floor which helps my back and standing at the walker decompresses both the spine and knee, though it is a bit tiring after a while. But I spent almost 4 hours at my instrument and these last two days I was there more than I have been cumulatively for the last 6-8 mos or longer. I had to sit in the recliner for the last 30 minutes of the final class but, I am very happy. I have decided to leave it up but turn it around so it doesn't take so much floor space and use it as an incentive in my recovery. My playing was pretty ugly at times but I was so damn happy.
Skipping some of the concerts today and we will take up a very old dingy area rug under our table and do combine it with other decluttering junk and head to the dump. We need to finsh getting the first floor squared away for my post op residence. I can offer you a sweet deal on a 20 year old not exactly working Kenmore upright vacuum as well as a newer but not much more functional Hoover powered sweeper. Serious offers only.

    Good evening…

Warmed up to 44° here this afternoon. Went for a late hike in a new mtn bike trail system in the next town. Very nice forested hills with some ledges. Will go farther when I can get there earlier in the day.

Lee, hot honey lemonade sounds good. Get the schnoz working again soon!

Bill, it’s good to hear you were able to enjoy the music session. Keeping you in prayer for your surgery.

Dave, can’t imagine the weather in Alaska—it was Fairbanks, right? A friend is loaning me Mitchner’s Alaska novel next time I see him, will read when I get time.

Sam enjoy the time with DGD.
