    Morning

Up early for new VFW charter meeting at 8 a. Vday dinner with DW tonight.

Ready to get this house off our plate. Staging makes me uncomfortable to sit anywhere. Ugh.

Congrats on new flooring. I hope we like the NVP and no carpets.

New whip arrived last night. Saving me nearly 40” in garage space - Dynamic Black edition.

    Sam. Hope you’re feeling better.

    Cheers

    Good morning BBB friends.

Nice, Skip. The new car will be much easier to drive around, too.

I, on the other hand, wish I had a pickup. I think it would have to live outside, though. We have a 1,100 sq. ft. garage, but 40 percent of it is my shop and walled off from the rest. We used to keep two cars in the remainder, but increased tools in the shop have pushed gardening machinery into auto space, so there is now only room for our CRV hybrid.

I started a new project in the shop, yesterday: a large maple vase. I'll spend some time out there, today.

    Morning bbb

Super fun meetup last night. Had a couple of cocktails and a delicious burrito. We were in tourist land so total was $50. Plus $20 ish in taxi. Overall worth the splurge. That is about how much we spent on groceries for the week.

On the ride down to Centro we passed a place called “Beer Company”. It has tanks on the roof so I assume a brewery. Might walk up and check it out. Their website is cr@p so I have no idea if is a package store or a brewpub.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I was supposed to get up early and take Stella in for service but the weather scared me away.
    • Nice whip Skip. That should keep you on par with the Jones's.
    • Steph, read a FIRE article about Steven and Lauren Key. Retired at 29.
    • Dave, I've often said I could live in a one bedroom, one bath home if it had a four car garage.

Glad your outing was fun Steph! A splurge once in awhile is well deserved

And stop and say hi to a gf that lives that way.

    Good morning.

Nice new whip, Skip! Was it the Jeep that was traded in?

My cousin passed yesterday evening. No details on funeral arrangements yet, but I'm going to guess that it'd be Monday.
