    Good morning gentlemen.

Sleep in, my friends. You deserve the rest. Sassy, however, had other plans for me. A chilly morning, but with a pretty moon, when we strolled around the back yard.

Still no word from Rita's doc. I take that as good news. A big problem would draw a rapid response. She was down with a migraine all day yesterday. It will be sunny, or at least partly so, today, but I'll stay close to home. I have a large piece of maple on the lathe that I worked down to round, yesterday. I think it will become a vase. Though the wood has been on the pile for at least four years, I don't think it is dry yet. I'll rough turn it and set it aside until this summer.

    Mornin' men.

30º with 20 mph winds, sunny, but not getting out of the 30's today.

Lee, congrats on the vet award.

Will catch up on errands today, then a 1-year memorial service for my paddling buddy's late wife, and then to DD's for dinner. Somewhere in between I hope to get in a long walk outdoors, if the wind dies down.

I'm waiting for results from bloodwork I had Monday, usually there's an email telling me to go online.

    Good Morning

I am all set for my procedure Monday after driving to the Orthopedic practice and getting some one involved to get me the ice machine and chase down my missing pain prescriptions. The knee died a bit more in the afternoon and is locking up, making walking or movement a bit more challenging, so I am encamped on the old recliner as of last night. We’ll figure out getting upstairs Sunday. Not much sleep happening. Kinda comical at this point when you think about it. So a day of rest, limited movement, some reading and podcasts. I will test out the ice machine too. So ready for this to get done. At least the back is relatively good to go.
