So I'm guessing Steve is recovering from his post Super Bowl win party. Love that Andy and Patrick won, but was really impressed with Jalen Hurts and the Eagles. It could have gone either way. I really think the Eagles got out-coached.
I made venison chili and grilled some wings with homemade bleu cheese dressing.
Hope the lentil soup cured the ailing Connie.
Good luck to Bill today as he gets a new knee.
Be OP ;-)

Good Morning
Congratulations to the Chiefs.
Up early after a rough night of little sleep. Spasms in the upper glute or piriformis and an achy shoulder, an old injury, made it challenging but I got it sorted and I got an hour or so. We leave in 25 min. See ya in a couple of days or so. Prayers are welcome.0 -
Mornin' gents.
Bill, will pray God blesses the surgeons with skillful hands and that you heal up soon. (And that you survive your poor wife's novice coffee making.)
Steve, congrats on the big win the Chief's had last night. It was also a very well-played game on both sides, an enjoyable game to watch. I was rooting for KC but I thought they were doomed when Mahomes got hurt, but he seemed okay 2nd half. We had buffalo wings, guacamole, chips and dip--probably too much salt in all of that.
Groceries and laundry today. And some more decluttering to work on. Will try soldering resistors into stereo audio cable to connect sound from my old keyboard to the bigger one, which has better amps and speakers, but is mono, not stereo.
Have a good day.0 -
Congratulations of Chiefs win Steve,
Prayers with you Bill, Heather and medical staff.

Good morning gentlemen.
You have those prayers, Bill. Lookign forward to a great outcome.
I, too, have had issues with piriformis pain radiating into hip and thigh. It's a degraded L4-L5 disc, for me. I've been taking 600mg of Motrin along with a Tylenol PM to get through the night.
Entertaining Super Bowl. Glad that KC won the game. Too bad a ticky-tacky call was part of the outcome. Probably didn't matter.
I made a pot of refrigerator soup. I brown some ground beef and throw in whatever vegies are in the fridge along with broth and a handful of egg noodles and a bay leaf. Simmer for 20 minutes and it's great, every time. We'll add more broth and have the leftovers for supper, tonight.0 -
Good morning!
I am happy for the Chiefs. It was a close, but good game. Other than the one particular call towards the end of the game, it didn't seem like the officiating had a big impact on the game. There were more fireworks last night than on the 4th of July, or so it seemed. I strongly dislike fireworks.
Bill, holding you close in prayer today. I pray that you have great success, and a speedy recovery.
Dave, your soup sounds good. My lentil soup was good, but I used a really stinky onion. The whole house reeked, and it took some of the pleasure out of the meal. We'll have left-overs for at least a couple of days, presuming the onion does not over power the soup in the pot.
Have a great day!

I agree with Lee. The Eagles did get outcoached in this game that could have gone either way.
I just wanted both teams to play well and they both did a pretty amazing job.
Praying for ya Bill. So sorry about the pain.0
