FINALLY! Listing went out last night - we are live as "Coming Soon." Which sounds like an oxymoron (I've been called worse)!

Good morning.
May be an unpopular opinion, but I think Tiger should retire and take on an ambassador role of some sort. He's got a ton of passes built up from his career that allow him to walk into any tournament he wants, but that means that a younger guy won't make the invite list as a result.

- Steph, if I remember right the weather in San Miguel is 80° in the daytime, 60° at night, no humidity all year long.

Hope the new listing, with all the staging, leads to a quick sale, Skip. There is still a shortage of inventory out here, and most listings don't last very long.
My good feelings for Xfinity, diminished some, when the tech failed to call at the appointed time. But I called in myself, got through to someone else in Colorado, who scheduled the installation that very afternoon. The installer arrived on time, was polite, thorough and worked fast. Now I need to get back on the phone and find out when the new plan will activate. I don't want to pay the company twice.
Rita took Sassy out in the backyard while the tech was working in the house. Sassy would have wanted to assist in the installations. While outside, Rita started cleaning some of the garden beds, and ended up working until it got dark. That's one of the sure signs of approaching spring. The swallows return to Capistrano, the geese return to the pond, and Rita returns to the garden.0 -

Hope listing day goes well. What’s the progress on the new house? Are you hoping to just move straight there?
Found a coffee machine for not too much $$ at place sorta like Best Buy. There is one closer at the supermarket but it is way smaller and need filters of a size I don’t have with me. If it gets too heavy to carry we will take a taxi home. Probably about 2 miles away. We should break even on the cost of machine/ coffee vs the pods in about a week plus we like drip coffee better. I have a portable pourover cup in my Amazon cart that I wish I had purchased before this trip.
We got accepted for two more housesits so our year is getting pretty planned out.
San Miguel in Airbnb until March 19
Housesit in Ajijic Mexico March 19-May 12
Visit family and friends in Nebraska for rest of May and get our bikes. We miss them so much and with all the rent money we are saving we decided we are going to travel with them for at least the ne t year or so.
Housesit near Columbus Ohio for June
Housesit in Mesa Arizona July-September
We weren’t really planning to housesit this much this year but good ones popped up.0 -

We are hoping the "Coming Soon" buzz leads to a BUSY weekend (next weekend) of showings and offers while we are away in FL.
