    Tucker reminded me his schedule is most important at the crack of 6a. Now he’s curled back in bed and I’m wide awake. 🐾🐾

    Wine with new neighbors last night. He’s a retired MG from the USMC. WOW. Super couple who gave us so many boxes and wrapping paper over the last few weeks.

    Chilllly temps. No snow. But just collllllld.

    Showings already scheduled for next week. I’ll be glad to get this over.

    30 degrees and then add a 60mph breeze. Not sure how to calculate that windchill, but am guessing it would be uncomfortable.
    Sounds like your neighbors can't wait to see you go, Skip. Just kidding, the gift of packing and wrapping supplies was very kind and sympathetic gesture. I imagine a USMC MG had to move a few times.

    Good morning BBB.

    Military and moving do seem to go together. We were still finding random inventory labels on furniture 10 years after I retired. The great thing about military moves, though, was that they packed for you. We (well, mostly Rita) just had to supervise.

    Sassy was at her normal schedule, this morning. She woke me by thumping her tail on the floor at 5:30. She is snoring softly on my lap, right now.

    I wrote here last night but obviously didn't hit post lol.

    Nice home Skip, video too. Here...the realtor isn't in the video, just the home is... hope you get a quick sale.

    I'm off to my dreadmill for my walk at 9am with my lake neighbor, via our phones. 6th day in a row walking and talking together.

    Then out to get some eggs. I hear the price came down we'll see.

    Enjoy the day. Sunny and crawling to 40s. snow melt kind of day here.

    Morning bbb

    It was in the low 30’s here this morning…no heat in our apartment but it’s not too bad inside…just a few degrees cooler than I’d like. Now the sun is shining in the windows nicely and getting warmer. The daytime temp is perfect. 75-80. Sunny with no humidity. Maybe should buy some muffin mix and bake every morning.

    Art walk happening here today. Long walk up to a church, then around town yesterday. Lots of beautiful colonial architecture.

    Skip your home is beautiful. Hope for a quick sale.

    Good afternoon BBB Friends.
    • Mission accomplished. Bike serviced. Stopped at one of our favorite BBQ joints on the way home.
    • It was 30° when we left, saw 26° in a valley. With the right heated gear, it wasn't bad. It's in the 50s this afternoon.
    • The price of eggs is down from the high but still well above what they were a year or two ago.
    • There is some amazing architecture in SMA.
