Starting weight 5x5

I want to start SL5x5.
I am 5"5, 150 lbs, eat at a TDEE-20 which is 1400-1450 cal/day.
I have been doing mostly circuit training at home with a pair of 10 lbs.
For fun i just tried doing some lifting with my weights at home. I can easily do workout A and B with 30 lbs. but i am going to join a gym for serious heavy lifting
My question is, what weights did you start with? I know its different with every woman.
In my case, squats, rows and bench presses are fairly easy with 30 lbs. do you suggest starting out at 45? Or even higher at 60? How about deadlifts?
And how often and much do you increase lbs?
Thanks!

I'd start low, as the weight rapidly increases! Check out the stickies re progression and you can get phone apps to track :-)0

This will give you a rough idea of the strength standards for each lift.
