Miss Lisa helped me find a new veterinarian for a client that moved out of CT to her neck of the woods. He was super appreciative.
Looking to going solar. Talking to a company that doesn't require any investment on the part of the homeowner.

I guess I always imagined you living in a very wooded area, Lee. Is that one of those companies that over-powers the roof so you can put excess power back into the grid? We have a program like that here through Austin Energy, but there are hoops you have to jump through.

- A blizzard in Southern California. That'll give them something to talk about for years to come.
- I made a trip to Costco yesterday. After enjoying the infamous hotdog and coke lunch special I filled my car with paper products. Oh, I got cheap gas too.
- Selling a home is never fun. I hope it happens soon Skip.

Good morning BBB friends.
We have the grandkids again tonight and tomorrow. Their parents are meeting a friend in the mountains to ski. The friend was recently diagnosed with a relapse of cancer he has fought for a couple of years. It was thought to be in remission but has metastasized. He starts chemo Monday. The prognosis is pretty grim.
We sold three houses over the years. The first went easy. Sold in two days. The others were slow and stressful. I wish you all the luck in the world, Skip.0 -

Our saga with Chase continues. We opened a southwest card last week. Have been aggressively using it to meet the spend. All online as the card is in Nebraska and no tap to pay here.
They reversed our huge Amazon order and have now locked the account. Supposed to call me back as to what’s next. Arggg. I have 3 flights I need to book and I need that companion pass.0 -

Home market has slowed due to finance rates which are climbing to slow inflation.
Our HOA does not allow solar but I know some enjoy lower electric cost then some got suckered in where they may never come out.
Need to make trip to Lowe's; got conned into building a lighted shelf for Emmaus.
DD and family coming tonight and tomorrow or Sunday will take DMIL for a week or two, think DW and DSIL are planning a trip for next weekend while I'll be helping set up camp for Emmaus walk, following week.0 -
