I just started using the myfitnesspal app a few months ago and find it very helpful. Just joined the tai chi group today. I've been studying tai chi through zoom classes for a little over a year now and they feel great. My sifu has been teaching for over 20 years. This style is so different from the harder styles I studied in my younger years, but it seems to be a good fit for me at 67.
