    What a day!
    We have to be out of house by 15th for closing inspection on 16th. Closing on 17th.
    DW frantically scrambling to work out logistics for us to stay at Hilton near new build.
    Today is home inspection for buyer.

    Thankful - but wound a little tighter than normal right now.

    TY for T&Ps that helped get us here.

    Anxious to hear about interview tomorrow.

    Off to do some work.

    Great news on the house sale, Skip. Good luck on the next phase.

    Dennis, it's a tough year for your friend to attempt the Pacific Crest Trail. Record snow in the Sierras and extreme winter weather even in the Southern California mountains are going to make this year a dangerous one. Hope he's prepared for the worst.

    Nasty weather in Tumwater: 38 degrees with wind and rain. A good day to curl up with a good book - or to build and install drawers in your shop. Choir practice tonight, always a pleasure.

    Great news Skip. Going to be a wild Spring. I love hiltons. Every 5th night free when paying with points.

    The Mexican toy museum was delightful. It was a combo of old toys and toy like art pieces. So glad we paid the extra 20 pesos each (approximately $2) to get the guided tour. She pointed out things we would never have noticed. For example the faces of the people are chickpeas. Most of the rest of the piece is clay.

    Happy Hour with buyer tomorrow. A fellow veteran, he's super excited and wants to bring his "tech guy" to help transfer all the systems and set up for his devices and have a few brews. Yep, excited this is the guy! Always great to have a good transaction and meet a new vet friend too!
