Hello. I’m 56. Hope that’s ok for this group. I have end stage arthritis in both knees and will have my first total knee replacement in a few months. Before I decided it was time I took the time to focus on losing weight and getting healthy. I have lost 50 pounds since the end of August 2022. I’d like to lose 30 more but doc says 15 more and I’ll be good. I’m also a type 1 diabetic and I have gotten my diabetes under very very tight control. I’m ready to begin my journey to regaining my life with new knees.
