Hi all,

1. Its important to stay hydrated and many of us dont so my challenge is to drink at least 8 glasss of water for at least 3 days this week, 5 days if you can.

2. As we get older we need to make sure we maintain our muscle and strenth in our joints , it doesnt have to a full weight lifting exercise it could be just using bake bean cans while sitting or over head exercises. Maybe isometric exercises squeezing a ball. Aim to do it 3 times this week andcsharecwhat you did.

    For the rest of the week try to do something different it's good for our brains.


    It could be read a book you enjoy or haven't read before.

    Learn about something new ie..
    about a subject you have always wanted to research, food, history etc

    Play a game or watch a film.

    Learn to do something new, a recipe, a hobby

    The world is your oyster so go for it and let us know what you did.
