Hearing about 12-20" of snow tomorrow, will believe when I see it. And 55 mph winds. Charging up my CPAP battery in case loose power.

DS made it through the Guinness Celtic 5K yesterday. I didn't get to see him, but he said his time was ~ 33 min. About 1500 runners. Parade was right after, area is a traffic jam and a zoo so I stayed home and went for a walk outside in the sunshine.

Need coffee. I always get jet lag from daylight savings time changes. Why do they do this?

    Mornin' gents.

Didn't make the ribbon round with either dog yesterday. Weird judging and lots of really good dogs. Just wasn't our day.
Got home early (6 PM instead of 8 PM) as a result. Was amped up on caffeine and battling traffic and rubbed DW the wrong way when I came through the door and she gave me a well deserved "what for". I almost was sent to bed without supper, but somehow I managed to get back into her good graces.
6-12 inches and power outages promised here. Hoping it is just a rain event.
Sorry about all the grief your DS is going through, Mike. Great he ran the 5K and 33 minutes is a decent time, no?

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning gentlemen.

Relatively warm (48) but wet, this morning. That beats the mid-30s and rain we have been having, I guess. Supposed to be near 60 and sunny, by the end of the week. They say La Nina is finally over, after a three-year stay. This winter had been a typical final push, that's for sure. Of course, my skiing family members love all the late season snow. They'll be skiing for at least another month.

Running some errands with Rita, today, in my role as family chauffer. Maybe I'll squeeze in some shop time.

    Good Morning

Supposedly we get today off from all the rain before a new stretch begins. Our local creek has risen disturbingly high. I don't think it has ever flooded the road that crosses it. Usually the only time there is much water in it is during winter run off etc and then not so much. At least it has warmed up. I am off to the Dr this afternoon for my one month check up on my knee. I have some questions. Pain levels are increasing again I assume from the exercise and I had to take extra meds yesterday. It wasn't a great weekend. I am assuming it is all normal stuff. Most of my other questions are more of the "when can I expect to" ones. I expect non specific answers to everything.
