Hi all as we go through life we collect so much either emotional baggage or items that we really don't need.

This week fine a way to declutter / organise something in your life. I am going to make lists to organise my time better as I waste to much of the day.

Make time to meditate 10 minutes 5 x a week would be good.

Aim to stay under your calorie count ( if you do it) 3 plus days.
