I have been away from the UAC discipline for quite a while, and this month I am focusing on re-establishing the core habits.
My April goal here is to log in every day, and wind up a champion. Everything that arises from those choices and actions will be a bonus. Two pre-planned passes are on the calendar (Easter Family Dinner, and our 35th anniversary dinner on April 30)

No real exercise other than walking from the bus drop off to the end of my daughter and husband's 25K run/race. Calories were definitely low as I skipped dinner due to an upset tummy.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? NoNo formal "exercise", but walked around at track (athletics) meet (my husband is a coach) for a bit in the morning and then spent an hour in the evening following my toddler around the playground/pushing him on swings.2 -
