    I have been away from the UAC discipline for quite a while, and this month I am focusing on re-establishing the core habits.

    My April goal here is to log in every day, and wind up a champion. Everything that arises from those choices and actions will be a bonus. Two pre-planned passes are on the calendar (Easter Family Dinner, and our 35th anniversary dinner on April 30)

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 45 - Qi-gong, Hasfit and a walk and sweep the garage.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Amazingly I did (under).
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES!!

    No real exercise other than walking from the bus drop off to the end of my daughter and husband's 25K run/race. Calories were definitely low as I skipped dinner due to an upset tummy.

    No formal "exercise", but walked around at track (athletics) meet (my husband is a coach) for a bit in the morning and then spent an hour in the evening following my toddler around the playground/pushing him on swings.

    What a month March was (and February too … 🤔) I need to take after the good example these winners have set, find my “Why?” and get it together!!!
