Congratulations on such a great job you have done in accomplishing your goals for March! Well Done!
Hope you will join me this next month.
I have some tips and thoughts about Nutrition and Fitness using the SMART Goals Plan to help you as you plan out your next Months Goals.
Hope you will find it useful as you aim to put some of these ideas into your monthly goals!

What are smart goals in fitness?
SMART stands for
1. specific,
2. measurable,
3. attainable,
4. relevant,
5. and timelyβ
6. all of which are important in reaching a fitness objective.
SMART goals can help keep you on track and remind you of your priorities, so you're able to follow through with every workout or healthy meal you have planned
What are examples of SMART goals for nutrition?
An example of a more specific SMART goal could be, βI will eat one piece of fruit at lunch and at least one vegetable with dinner during the work week.β Not only is it specific, but it also helps to give you specific instructions on what foods you will be eating and exactly when you will be eating them.

* Make half your plate fruits and vegetables. ...
* Make half the grains you eat whole grains. ...
* Switch to fat-free or low-fat milk. ...
* Choose a variety of lean protein foods. ...
* Compare sodium in foods. ...
* Drink water instead of sugary drinks. ...
* Eat some seafood. ...
* Cut back on solid fats.

- Eat at least 25 grams of Fibre per day

- Set a goal in how much weight you want to lose, or if you are on maintenance aim to maintain your optimal weight for the entire month) for me it is to maintain or gain some weight)
- Aim to Focus on Cardio at least 5 days a week at least 30 minutes or more per day
- Aim to Strength Train and get 3 days a week, if you can do more, thatβs great!

Week 1
Today we begin our New Team Challenge. For this week only our Week will Start on Saturday and Finish on Saturday.
Hope to see you joining me and working at meeting your daily and weekly goals.
Here are some Sugessions for you to choose from for Team Goals 1 and 2
Team Goals #1 For Nutrition
- aim to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water or more per day

For my Goals this month, I am going to use the SMART Plan that will help keep me on track.
For Nutrition: I have chosen to increase my fresh fruits with incorporating them in smoothies and increase my veggies in soups. Will increase my calorie intake. I will aim to increase my water intake
For my Fitness:
I am working on Strength Training: My Core, upper and lower body, and aim to gain some weight and gain some muscle strength.
I will also add some Cardio each day to my fitness regime.
