Monthly Team Maintenance and or Weight Loss Goals for April 2023

Evening Hello Team,
I am posting another Challenge for our Team for Maintenance and or Weight Loss and I’m hoping you will join me.
This thread is for everyone: Some of you are at the stage where you are maintaining your optimal weight but still want the support and accountability you get with your team. You will get it here. Perhaps you need to lose some weight; we will be standing with you and cheering you on here.
For me I at the point I’m under weight due to cancer and treatment. I aim to maintain so I don’t lose: it is being in a vulnerable place with showing the weight I’m at, and yes it bothers me much just as it does with those who are shedding the weight you don’t want, being grossly under weight is a huge challenge for me.
So having said the above who will come onboard? Let’s be accountable to each other and more important let’s support and help each other to achieve the best optimal weight that is best for our body frame?
For me I’m on Maintenance: Better yet: Weight Gain

Wow, I am feeling pretty good to report that apart from one day (oops) I maintained a 97 pound average and finished Week 2 “Strong”.
sure I’d like more weight on but I will be happy with what it is now as I know I will increase my weight as I recover from my treatments and surgeries!
