What Do You Like About Shakeology?

So my question is...what do you like about Shakeology? What is it that keeps you drinking it everyday?

I like Shakeology cause it keeps me full and I use it as a meal replacement, just screwed up lost 12 lbs and went on vacation and gained it all back so looking for some motivation or someone who understands how it feels to screw up over and over again so starting tomorrow again any help or advice ???

We have all been there! I have been doing Pump and Combat and really trying to eat healthy. This summer has been so tough. between the BBQ's and weekends with friends..I haven't made the best food choices. I'm hoping that with Fall starting, kids back to school, all back to routine I'm going to focus on eating really clean. I'm hoping my challenge group will help!. It definitely helps when you have other people eating healthy. Just fill your house up with all healthy foods so you won't be tempted..lol..I also try to plan my meals ahead of time..;)
