Hey all 
Not sure how many of you out there have done the 'preggi bellies' exercise classes or DVD (or even heard of it) but I've been searching everywhere trying to find how many calories one would burn when doing this...
Would anyone have any idea or even if you have done this exercise when preggo some feedback would be great! Thks

i haven't heard of the DVD. I think your best bet is to get a HRM if u want to know how many calories you burn. I recently bought the Polar ft4 from amazon for about $60 and its totally worth it.0
