I'm joining this group to lend and receive support on my weight loss journey. My short term goal is to lose 8 pounds (5% of my bodyweight) by my next birthday on May 16th. Losing just 10 pounds reduces pressure on joints by 40 pounds (or so they say)! My hips are complaining.
