    Good morning gentlemen.

Still unusually cool, but at least it's dry. Maybe I'll take a long walk, today.

Hope you all have a good Friday and fun plans for the weekend.

    Good Morning

Rough night sleep wise. I had some pain issues with my back and finally took a pain pill which sometimes can cause insomnia, which it did. I ended up getting a couple of hours. I am hoping it is a combination of ramping up the workouts a bit and adjusting to stopping all the ibuprofen and aspirin I was on and reverting back to my normal stuff plus Tylenol ER. Or it was just a bad day. But I am back to PT this morning and do a grocery trip. I was able to redo all my tax stuff in Turbotax without a problem and understand the year and year. Our income went up quite a bit and we moved to a new tax bracket which blew up my taxes. I look forward to turning this over to a tax person next year.

    Mornin'

It got up to 80 yesterday, will again today, then much cooler starting tomorrow.

Will hop on my bike for a ride in the spring sunshine. No leaves on trees here yet, but the land is coming alive with bird sounds, and red buds are opening on some trees.

Where is everyone? I thought I was a late check-in!

Will focus on simple steps today--resisting urge to eat between meals, for starters.
