To commit to losing at least half a pound this week.
Track calories. Emphasize protein.
Exercise minimum 20 min a day
NO CHEAT WEEK! Let’s see those scales move down.

    Let's think back to where we were one year ago, in April 2022. What was going on with your health? Your size? Your level of fitness? Your physical strength? The quality of the food you were eating?

    April of 2022 I was about 15 lbs heavier than I am now. I was struggling with low iron and receiving iron infusions. Had not been diagnosed with Celiac's disease yet and I was eating a lot of of bread, pasta and cookies back then. Not exercising like I am now.

    A year ago I was 20 pounds heavier, rarely exercised and was dividing my time between my home and a university town 2 hours away. My youngest was working on his dissertation for a PhD in neuroscience and I watched their toddler while his wife was working 12 hour shifts in the covid unit at the university hospital. I was exhausted all the time and eating fast food way more than I should have.
