Piano class this morning. Also hope to get the piano prepped for tuning soon, if the center can hire a tuner as promised. Playing on a slightly out of tune musical instrument is not very inspiring...

    Sunny and cold this morning.

    Good Morning,
    Happy Humping,
Hope they can get a tuner, maybe you.
    Steve, heard back from interview?
Bill, remind me again when you and Heather are planning on moving?
    Hope all enjoy the Day!
Beautiful few days here, Toad needs to get out.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Well, more cold rain, here. The repetition of that statement is a bit depressing.

I worked on a piece for three hours, yesterday. It was a chunk of black locust burl. Lots of punky stuff in it, but amazing figure, too. It was difficult work, demanding a lot of care. I was sanding the inside, in preparation for finish. There was one ridge I wanted to get rid of. One small catch, and the whole piece broke in two. The failures make the successes sweeter, I suppose, but this one hurt.

Rita wants me to take her to a big Filipino market on the south side of Seattle, so I guess I am braving the traffic, today.

    Good morning!

Thank you all for the kind words and prayers. I have two more potential opportunities that I am working on. I hope to still have at least one interview this week. I am taking tomorrow and Friday off from work to rest. Yesterday was a WILD day around here. Suffice it to say that the owner better understands now where we really are with production and sales, and suffice it to say that the talk with the two ladies in the office has led to frosty quietness today. They were told that the war ends, or be fired. I might get some work done today!

    Mike, I LOVE your statement/motto.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning

Slept a bit later this morning, thankfully. My afternoon is set aside to help my neighbor scrap his car under the state program. I will follow him to the scrap yard and wait till they complete the State of CA paperwork and he gets his check. Its the same program I scrapped mine under. I am still taking it easy to keep back issues under control so other than my exercises, reading and related journaling, there isn't much going on today. I am still waiting to get an appointment with Pain Management to figure something out, though Tramadol is helping.
