Just remembered I sent in a confirmation for a summons to jury duty but never got back info via mail or text. Thought I put the date in my calendar, but can not find it. Somehow envelope the summons came in got tossed. Why do I get a summons almost yearly, and DW has never been called?
Nice day here. Gotta get going and get blood drawn for urologist appointment next week.
I am going to use the fitbit app on my phone, since it allows me to scan items without purchasing the premium tracking app like MFP. Interestingly, MFP and fitbit share the food database of recent and frequent foods entered, but do not share the logged entries.
I have to start thinking about tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers.

    Be OP ;-)

    Mornin' gents.

Sun finally came out after the cold, windy, flood-watch deluge of yesterday. I once did grand jury duty, one week a month, for three months. An eye opener for this boy from the suburbs. Fortunately work still paid me while I was gone.

Tracked breakfast on FitBit phone app. A new leaf, hopefully. My fitbit watch is broken, but I can still track hikes & walks with just the phone's GPS and the app, and the calories burned are recorded, if at least approximate. I need to get into eating vege's more, for me that means digging up recipes, planning a list, shopping and then actually cooking them, not leaving them to rot in the fridge... true confessions, men.

    Have a good day.

    Good Morning

Heather and I both signed up for Noom this past weekend to provide some structure to our efforts to get our weight back down. My activity level is generally up now and except for back issues are ready to get moving. Lots of potential stress in the remainder of the year. My piriformis is very tight and sore and impacts my walking. So I have started working it with trigger point pressure. Blood work today to verify the anemic result in the hospital was just surgery related. I’ve got to take up part of the kitchen floor for the new dishwasher coming next week if not sooner.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Hope all of you have a great Monday.

My sister is stopping by for a few hours, today. She has been visiting her daughter in Tacoma and is stopping on her way back to Oregon. She says she has some documents for me to sign. That means something to do with our mom's finances. Everything was put into a trust a couple of years ago. As Kristin is mom's primary caregiver, I am happy to do whatever she asks. Anyway, it will be nice to see her. I'm just making a pot of soup for lunch.

    Good Afternoon,
    Yoga class this morning,
My beans are sprouting, and tomatoes are blooming, was planning on planting okra this week but ground is still not warm enough.
    Lodge tonight.
When I track I use WW, but that is only because they have given it to me; I am down 13.6 lbs for year. Still would like to lose 30 more lbs.
Pray job comes through for Steve that he really enjoys, too young to be retired unless he has something planned to keep him busy. Folks from sheriff's office called me Saturday, so glad I'm retired with what they have going on; told them I was not interested in helping them straighten things out, too political is why they are having issues and I left.
Bill, remind when you are planning on moving?
