Good morning gentlemen.
Loading up to go for a hike. It's been a while since I got out, so I am excited. The weather should be very good. My knee was bothering me, yesterday. We'll see how it holds up on the trail.
Yesterday I walked with Sassy, worked in the shop, ran errands for Rita, and mowed the lawn. And also set up inspections with four painting companies to bid on painting our house. Busy day.0 -

Left hip is feeling better with Dr Bill's treatment. I am going to try getting down (and hopefully back up) on the floor to use a foam roller on it and my exercises. Lots of little things to do as we get ready for the kitchen project. Surprise call back from the appliance store now saying they are ready to deliver & install the new dishwasher next week claiming it was only the hose that was the issue. I hope to start taking up the flooring in front of the old one today or tomorrow. I hope to be able to stay off meds except the Tylenol ER today or tomorrow.0 -
