Piano chords & music theory class at noon. Haven't practiced all week. Instead have been tinkering with music score software I find fascinating.

Need to go shopping for graduation presents/ cards.

After hiking a few miles on Monday my right hip was sore when I walked at all. Not sure how to deal with that. I should probably hike more regularly, but then that may make the hip worse because of overuse. (Or maybe I should just lose weight?...) Am still tracking food, at least.

    Steve, hang in there...
Lee, underground homes have lower heating bills...
Dave, have a good hike today...
Bill, are you still in PT? Were they going to address your back along with the knee recovery?
Sam, My old house was covered with Hardy board -- made of asbestos. Held up great until kids hit foul balls in the yard.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Had a wonderful hike, yesterday, with more climbing than last week. Did 10.6 miles, with 1,700 feet of vertical. Beautiful day, too.

Rita has fasting lab work to be done this morning, so I am driving her to the Army medical center. Then we're meeting our son for lunch.

    Good Morning,
Large yoga class, could never PA system to work.
Sunny but very windy and cooler than usual for this time of year.
Back in 90's had a rental house with asbestos siding that I could not get any company to ensure, did not want liability if something happened to house.
DMIL is acting looney today, but I should be getting use to it.

    Good Morning

Cool, gray, wet weather is back. Not much accumulation as the rainy season comes to an end. I seem to have finally turned the corner again pain wise and should be able to come off the extra meds again and then hope to get some things done. So an exciting day of stretching, exercising and chores is ahead. A couple minor upswings on the scale these last 2 days so I will focus a bit more on these matters. I tend to lose focus a bit during pain spikes, though for the most part I continue to track and stay on plan in week 2.
