Dairy Free

I have a 2 month old and I am attempting to do dairy free. I notice there is not much in regards to nursing programs/ let alone dairy free. Would love input, support, anything 🫶🏻

I'm in the same boat! I've been focusing on just sticking to vegetables, fruit, and meat. I tried to stay away from anything processed and also breads since those things have dairy most of the time. My doctor also told me to eliminate eggs for my diet.
