As of today i am 30 lbs down from my weight in January.
i have only recently 8 days or so restarted with MFP and am still not consistent with logging but making progress on it.
I still have over 200 to lose and slowly making progress
my goal for this week is to go walking at least 3 days.

i went walking 3 days last week for a little more than 2 miles each time...going to try for 4 days this week and see if i can go a little farther.
