Pour yourself a mug of your favorite morning brew. Pull up a chair and join us for our morning roll call here on the BBB.

No man can be condemned for owning a dog. As long as he has a dog, he has a friend; and the poorer he gets, the better friend he has.

    Mornin' BBB

I'm with Steph, betcha that is pesos, not US.
NZ sounds amazing. Definitely would like to go there and do some fishing. I had a friend who goes every year for a couple of weeks.

    Morning~

LONG AZZZZ day yesterday! Busy but got nothing done. This "we must put cheeks back in seats" is so counterproductive. I lose a full day of productivity over some chowderhead who wants to bore me with stupid stories about their kids graduation or have meetings to bring a rock. Nope not that rock. Not that one either. Wrong rock. 🤬🤬🤬

Can't wait to retire from government. What a fractured culture.

    Good morning BBB friends.
    • Pesos, that makes sense.
    • Walked and fed the neighbors dog this morning. DW is back to Augusta to fetch him from the hospital.
    • I have my Emmaus reunion group and then I'm off on a Costco run.
    • How long before emancipation from the Govt. Skip?
    • Have a good day BBB.

    Good morning BBB

I vote that 4400 is pesos also...

Late afternoon, early tonite ds2 and dh will put nursery furniture together. I'll be planting grass seed and staying out of their way. I asked dh how long will it take? He says hours!

Foggy hear like pea soup. Suppose to get a warm up rest of week. Let's hope so. I have some tomatoes and a few flowers to plant here held up in my
    garage.

Retirement for me is 7yrs out.

    Be well BBB

    Good morning.

The BBB resident Libertarian requests you toss a match behind you as you leave, Skip. 🤣

It warms my heart to hear Mary refer to Tom as her DH. <3

    Morning BBB

Massage yesterday was amazing. Wish I would have taken a taxi or the bus home. The walk was only 2-3k but it was 1pm and HOT.

Today we plan to get Ron a haircut and I need to exchange money hopefully for the last time. We only have a week left but have several things I know we won’t be able to use credit card for…taxi, fruit stands, food on the tequila tour. It’s a pain. There is always a line and generally computer issues.

There is a cicada here called the rain bird. It is common about 4 weeks before the rainy season. Started a few days ago. Sounds like a child’s recorder on constant loop for most of the afternoon and evening. Way different than Midwest cicadas.

    Good afternoon BBB friends.

I was tied up with contractors, this morning, then launched into doing some minor repairs, myself. It's funny that I can spend the entire day walking up and down mountain trails, and end up feeling refreshed, while a few hours bending, squatting, carrying, measuring, cutting, etc., leaves me tuckered out. Replacing a few pieces of siding, myself, saved me at least $300, though, so it was time well spent.

    Woodturning club meeting, tonight.
