Hi Everyone,
I know with the summer holidays and the kids are going back to school, i need to be tighter on my food diary (too many sweet treats being logged at the moment).
September is traditionally are hard month because its my son and I birthday, and yes afraid to say this is an excuse to eat out and too much cake!
I don't want to completely derail this month, so i have entered a 5k Obstacle course on 14th September. Scary Scary. Im aiming to run 45miles in training and lose 7lbs this month.
Is there an updated spreadsheet for the month?
What's everyone elses September goals?

I actually made some progress towards resuming my journey in August. I, too, need a September to remember!
I have THREE races this month (kind of)
Sept 8th: 5.8 mile leg of a relay
Sept 15: 5k (Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs---1 year anniversary of my first ever 5k at the same course)
Oct 3: 5k at work.
I'm using the 5.8 mile as part of my training for the Iron Pigs 5k.
My goal for the 5k is 25:00 (totally in my sights)
Goal for the 5k at work: 24:30 and beat a BUNCH of my co-workers!0 -
Looking forward to September the kids are back in school and I will be able to workout in the am. My goals for September are to lose 6lbs and walk 5 days a week maybe start jogging depending on if it hurts or not.0

I will get rid of this last stubborn lb in September! LOL
I will at least continue running and riding the bicycle.
I have a 5k on Sept 21 and the 50 mile Tour deCure ride on Oct 5. I need to spend September building endurance on the bicycle, so I can ride 50 miles without killing myself!0 -

I began running in April of this year using Couch to 5k. Love the program and am now almost done with the 5 to 10k program. I have never ever, ever, ever been a runner, until now!
I use the RunDouble C25k app on my phone. There are tons of free apps to try!0 -
September needs to be the month for getting back to it after my holiday! So hoping to get back into good habits and back to exercise after injury! Good luck everyone0

why do I keep failing? I really wish I had will power0

Nay - your logging in everyday, I see your counter growing every week, it's the highest i see. Set yourself a mini goal for Christmas. Im thinking of a stone for christmas, not unrealistic.0

I just logged my weight for the 4th week, and I have beat my weight goal for the month by 0.8 lbs! Also, I'm very close to meeting my other goals, less than 3 miles from 70 run this month, and I'll be doing an 8 mile run tomorrow, which will be my second.
How is everyone else doing this month? Would love to hear progress reports!0 -
Great job!
My goal was to lose 1 lb this month, I've lost 4!
Tomorrow, I have a long bike ride planned and will hit 300 miles for the month. (That includes walking, running, and cycling.)0 -
Well done ladies, super efforts in September, I was off the pace this month, with 2 birthdays really pleased that i didn't get completely out of control.0
