    Mornin' BBB.

    Up at 4 am to start smoking a brisket flat and some dino ribs for a late lunch this afternoon with family and friend.
    Planting tomatoes while smoking, and maybe take pooches for a swim.

    Cold and rainy here this morning. Race rescheduled for 3p today. Thinking me and the Tucker will curl up on the Lovesac.

    Dread going back to work tomorrow. Ugh.

    We have a flagpole in front of our house. I don't fly the flag every day. But I always do on Memorial Day. It will be at half staff, to mourn the loss of so many. At noon, the flag will be raised, to celebrate their sacrifice.

    Good Morning,
    So many gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, last year rode in Ride for America; this year may watch as bikes come in and attend ceremony in park. Last year had over 1,000 motorcycles make ride into Madison.
    DMIL says she still wants to move, guess we will start paperwork today and put down a deposit to hold room.

    Prayers and thanks for those who have given their lives to this country and our freedoms.

    We are officially with an accepted contract for lot next door. They want to close in July. Fine with us. Not doing anything there this year anyway.

    Ds and ddil and Maddie depart this afternoon for home. DH and I will leave for home tomorrow. Its been a good few days and weather has been beautiful. Fishing... No success in any
    keepers.
