    I believe it's Labour Day in the USA? Today was just a regular Monday for us Brits, but more specifically for me, it was a Junk Food Free Monday!

    You are so right about the holiday and a good one it was!! No Junk Food For Me today! Got all my challenges done and walked with my grandpuppy this morning. It's been prefect!
