Hi I'm new to the group. Been a member of MFP for about 7 years I think. Was diagnosed a year ago May 24th with Stage 1, grade 3 DCIS. Had a partial mastectomy a year ago Jun 2nd followed by radiation. Am on AI's for minimum 5 years, almost one year down. Wanting to eat better and lose weight, basically build up my health to help prevent a reoccurance. I know, no one can say what caused my cancer but it's good to reduce risk factors right? Looking for new friends.
