Evening Hello Team,

You all did an awesome job in meeting your daily goals and Finishing the Month of May Strong! Well Done Everyone. Keep up the Great work!

For the Month of June we are going to concentrate on staying as healthy as we can.

We will focus on Cardio and Strength Training: Aiming to…

1. exercise daily,
2. increase our fitness minutes and
3. aim to move our bodies each day,

we will look at Cardio Fitness Heath to help keep the circulation flowing the best possible way for us.

1. Let’s continue to eat healthy,
2. Aim to stay within our calorie range,
3. Eat the right amount fruits and veggies
4. And consume 6 to 8 glasses of water per day!

Let’s take advantage of the nice summer weather and enjoy the great outdoors!
