    Mornin' BBB

Dennis, WTH with Marcell Ozuna? I have him on my fantasy baseball roster. 415 ft single?
TOAD back in working order yet, Sam? Hate it when my toys don't work.
Mary, have you considered turning your new lot into a rental? $$$$
I think it will be a Porsche Taycan.

    Good morning.

"I found that no meeting with more than three people in attendance ever produced anything."

I'm going to have 👆sewn into a pillow.

Our trip to Louisville is booked for 7/7 to 7/10. Now we're working on dates for her trip to Brazil.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Glad to see Toad is ready for the road.

Another beautiful day on tap for Tumwater. We usually get some rain in June, but there is none in sight.

I believe our governor drives his own car, most of the time. People up here are not much for pretention.

    Good Morning,
Toad is up and running, may go for a ride today.
Personal training then yoga class this afternoon, thought personal would end when gym said they would not pay any more, person offered more than gym was paying but did cut from twice a week to once. Times have changed back in day work with someone several times then wait a few weeks work with them again and change routine to keep them growing, now most want a trainer for each workout some paying $50 for thirty minutes; most trainers are booked and asking me if I want them to refer me folks; no thank you, I'm already tied down more than I would like.
Mary, prices on used campers have really dropped; you can get several for lot and rent for week or weekends; plus have for when friends and family come to lake.

    Good morning

Yes Lee, we have talked about if a rental might be an option. The town takes 8% $ on short term rental rates, and you have to buy a pricey license. Not sure if a camper rental lot would bring in guests or if they'd even allow it. Right now seems its homes doing vrbo, etc.

Our roads in the hood are closed today for resurfacing so I'm going no where. I had no where to be so no issues for me.

Did I mention I made my final car payment and received my lein release woohoo! I got 58k miles on this Escape and plan on keeping it for a while. Brand new tires and brakes a couple months back,, so I should be good for a while. My vehicle just needs to be safe and dependable. I'm not all that into an expensive fancy car or the price tag of one.

Lou, do you ever travel back to Brazil with dw?

Hope everyone has a good day!

    Morning BBB

Nothing exciting planned for today. Probably a bike ride and maybe a trip to grocery store. There is a free botanical garden nearby so if we take thecar out will stop there. Plus I want to scope out a trail detour. There is a bridge out on the trail behind our apartment which severely limits how far south we can go. There doesn't appear to be a good workaround without riding on the very busy road but I may have found a route that would be acceptable but want to drive it first.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I started the day with my Emmaus Reunion group.
    • Glad to hear Toad is feeling better. Those darn batteries.
    • Lee, Ozuna hit a bomb the other night and he stood at home plate to admire it but when it hit a railing below the yellow line and bounced back he only made it to 1st base. Snitker wasn't impressed and benched him at the end of the inning. Ozuna had a terrible April but came back strong in May. Let's hope he learned a lesson.
    • Skip, Gov. Abbott is wheel chair bound. I think the sedan is easier for him to get in and out of compared to a Suburban.
    • Freshly paved streets are a good thing.

    Congrats on lien release! WOOT!!!!

I knew Gov was in a wheelchair but presumed there was something more to the Charger story that I missed.

LIV and PGA partnership brewing? Hmmmmm

    YIKES! Hope all is okay?

I walked out TWICE from same dermatologist who was always 30+ mins behinds. Left them a Google review and the doc called to ask me to take it down. Courtesy goes both ways.
