Figuring out the 'treat' mindset

Hi all - I really love a food treat. I've heard Gretchen Rubin say a million times to figure out what a healthy treat is for you that isn't actually an unhealthy thing. For at least a couple of years now I've been limiting myself to no sugary treats 4 days a week. I am going to try to bring that up to 5 days now. I'm pretty sad about that, I must admit. It's been something I've looked forward to.

I'd like to find something that is truly, truly a treat for me and bonus points if I can get it when I'd normally stop for a food indulgence while out and about. Have any ideas?

    Treats are dangerous for me. My partner has ice cream every evening. I am going to try to have greek yogurt w fruit. More protein, less calories.

    That would be hard for me day in and out. My sweet tooth is a mighty force. You get some good prebiotic from the yogurt too!
