I'm new and trying to lose just 25 pounds and increase movement. I've been extremely sedentary. I'm 59, married and have three sons, and three awesome grandbabies. After I lose my first 25 need to lose another 22! Lol. I've started moving and measuring. I also live with fibro, RA, OA, carpal tunnel, chronic vertigo, HBP you get the idea.
