    Paying the piper today for taking a s/l day yesterday. Busy busy busy.

    Noted our hold house is back on the market and has had TWO $50k reductions in 30 days. With interests in the 7's - I'm not surprised. Phwwwww, we threaded that needle.

    I don't know about this white cars not showing dirt thing that people talk about. Pretty much any clear coat finish shows dirt. My old Chevy Nova always looked presentable with it's matte blue finish.

    I was up at 430 today, so this is going to be a loooooong one.

    • I think I'm buying a new heat pump today. Not as sexy as a cat but it's pretty cool.
    • Speaking of cool. Not this week in GA. Temps expected in the 90s.
    • I hear it is a good week to be in OH rather than AZ for temperature reasons.
    • I'm off to my Emmaus Reunion group.

    Nice looking ride, Skip.

    I'm not sure what color shows dirt the least. It isn't red - the color of our CRV hybrid. We don't worry about heat so much up here.

    The crew spent yesterday caulking and filling. Today, they should get to actual paint.

    Nice new ride Skip.

    Got rained on 9n our hike yesterday. A few muddy creek crossings but overall fun.

    Might head out for a ride soon. Looks to be cool and cloudy but not much chance of rain. I forgot greens at the supermarket yesterday so will need to stop somewhere on the way home. Sigh.

    Having dinner with karen my childhood bf. I guess she’s still pretty high up on the bf list

    We went from inviting 77 people to the wedding and got cut to 37. Paloma, our foreign exchange student and her husband will fly here from Brazil for the wedding. We’re beyond elated!! So, now we get 39 people. (((( Sigh)))) I’m still saying wth.

    So smokey and hazy fire smelling and stinky today. Crazy... its not been this bad! Stay inside warnings for those with lung breathing issues.

    Speaking of.... my nephews fil had a successful double lung transplant last week. He is back home already and doing rehab with no oxygen. Medical miracle for sure.

    Hope Lous mom and family are ok

    Sorry your invite list for sons wedding got shaved Kelly. That stinks.
