Chords class tiday, and then another PT session for elbow. I’m finding the pain varies a lot from day to day, and not sure why. Yesterday’s gathering at church was not so good; I had a doughnut, two small creampuffs, and a small eclair. Plus I had eaten one of the donuts on the way home from the store yesterday. Instead of Bible study shoulda had confessions.

Made real progress yesterday afternoon on tidying up my place. Some rearranging of furniture helped quite a bit.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Good morning!

Mike, I have been working very hard to get a handle on my stress eating. Last week a trucking company brought donuts into work. I sort of tried to be good, but I ended up eating three. Ugh!

    Very hot and humid today.

Dave, the house painting pics look awesome on FB.

Bill, hang in there! The finish line is in sight!

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

One of the many good things about retirement is that I seldom am faced with boxes of donuts.

The painters got about halfway done with the main painting, yesterday. They still have that to do, and all the trim work. We spent a good part of the day sealed in behind the plastic sheets covering the doors. They say they have two more days' work still to do. Big job. No wonder it costs so much.

Find something to laugh at, today. Life should be fun.

    Good Morning

Man, a donut and coffee sound good. Thankfully, no one is dropping off a box or it could get ugly. I am glad I don't have the car today. I find my self staring at my yogurt, blueberries and a bit of granola and thinking, "you are not even close to eating a donut". I continue to push through with planning and packing. Slow progress but progress. The arthritic pain is lessening with me back on Meloxicam and Tylenol. Ramping stretching etc back up can only help.

    Have a Blessed day!
