Congratulations on a great job in completing your Month of June Strong: Well Done! 👍

For the Month of July we will work on Strength Training. Video will be provided along with the video’s I have posted in previous months.

We have focused on Cardio with keeping our hearts strong but it is most important to have healthy Bones and Muscles.

I will provide some notes on Strength Training things I have learned from Spark People and from the Mayo Clinic.

I will come back and post our New Team Goals once I finish putting the research together and prepared the Team Goals for both Nutrition and Fitness that we know as Team Goals 1 & 2.
