In a fog this morning, both outdoors and in my head. Coffee is slowly kicking in though.

Lee looking forward to hearing about new GS after you get back. Steve, congrats on losing 2#s, that's really great!--although I think I found your 2#s.

The air quality was horrible a few days ago, but better now after a lot of rain. We got 2-1/2" yesterday, which cleaned the air. For some reason we don't seem to get forest fires around here, or in New England in general. The rangers refer to the White Mountain National Forest in NH as the "Asbestos NF" because of the lack of fires.

Camping this Thurs - Sun on Cape Cod with DS, his three kids and happily, DDIL, who I thought might not be coming. She's not the rugged outdoor type, likes everything neat and clean and under control. Hopefully mother nature will cooperate. Looking forward to spending the time with them. There's another DS and DD who live there with their spouses and kids; should be a fun time... if the rain holds off.

    Good morning gentlemen.

I got nothing done, yesterday, as I nursed my aching stiff neck. Still bothering me this morning. This is the second time I have gone through this in the last month, with the pain now radiating down into my right arm. I have an MRI of my lower spine scheduled the end of the month. I think I'll contact my PCM and have her include my neck. I'll be in the darn tube anyway.

Should be sunny and low 80s again, today. Wish I felt better.

    Good Morning

Things cooled off yesterday to drop below 100 and a bit more today. Still stinkin' hot. Yesterday, Heather slept in so the garage project didn't happen. We did replace two ceiling lights without killing ourselves, though standing on the step stool working overhead was a bit rough on the back. We got an email late yesterday responding to mine. They say they will come on Wednesday to finish the kitchen which is wonderful to hear. PT this morning after having to take a week off due to the biopsy and a cold. A bit of organizing today to do before packing restarts. We need to push hard now.

Sorry about your neck Dave!! If it's not one thing it's another!! Gosh sounds awful.
I still have sore arm from my Shingrix shot and a stiff neck that I had before the shot.
Have fun on your trip when you go Lee!!!
Definitely goint to be hot here tomorrow for several days.
It could be as high as 100deg but certainly upper 90s on Thursday which would be the hottest day of the year. My DW teased me and said well Thur is going to be hot hot hot celebrating our 50th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. July 5th is an easy date to remember.
