Good morning and a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAM!!

Did some reading yesterday and grocery shopping. Walked over to the neighbors for cocktails.

I gained over 2# in 24 hours. Must be all the salt.

Today we might go up north to a brewing with a dog park. Our mutts love it.

Not much else going on.

    New shoes purchased. They are merrills. REI brand had a pair i loved the look of but just couldn't decide if I liked the fit. Will test them out this morning.

    Went to neighborhood pool yesterday. Laughed - as everyone knew who I was (Facebook name) but had never met me. Three people asked me to run for the HOA. NOPE! NO WAY. NO HOW!

    Rain in forecast. Thinking I'm chilling out here. New neighbor moving across street wrote a great book that I am immersed in "Save Every Life You Can" Dr. Richard Stone, MD. Leadership lessons from his time at the VA/VHA during COVID. GOOD READ if you are inclined to buy on AMZ.

    Dreading going into work tomorrow. Gonna be a long week.

    She helped me do some water training with the girls this morning. Fun day.
    I would say not this round of elections, but maybe next year for the HOA.
