I truly miss having our own pool......
Went to community/neighborhood pool yesterday - only four people there so it wasn't so bad. Trying to get my tan back before heading to beach next month and another week in September.
Jumped through HOA hoops to get approval to install storm door for Tucker to be able to "watch outside." I have a feeling paw prints and nose juice smears will drive DW crazy
Still praying for DB, Dennis!
Hoping to get some pool time again later today. Had to trek to DC for office day today. Ugh!0 -

When I was a kid, the miniature schnauzer would watch the neighborhood from a chair in the living room window, Skip. No nose juice though.
Drinking coffee on the balcony now while the sun is still tucked away.

Good morning BBB Friends.
- DB is doing okay. Still sore and tired but realizing he is lucky to be alive. Follow up Drs. appt. on Friday. Thanks for the prayers. They do work.
- Enjoyed watching the All-Star game last night. The bottom of the 5th inning infield was all Braves. They pulled a couple of slick defensive plays.
- My first dachshund, Mandy, taught herself to sit upright on her hind legs so she could see over the kick panel on the storm door. So cute.
- Going to get a launch ride in this afternoon. Looking forward to you joining us soon Sam.
- We must be getting Lou's weather next week. High will be in the mid 90s. Did I mention I have a new air conditioner?

That's the Texas weather I remember, Lou. When I was young (in my 30s) I'd play golf in that - walking and carrying my clubs. The course I played had water stations on every tee. I carried an insulated 1 qt. bottle full of ice I'd refill every hole. By the time I'd get to the 18th green my shirt would still be dry but a mottled white from all the salt deposited from evaporating sweat. Just lovely. On the positive side, the heat kept the crowds down on the course.

Ron has a photo of his childhood dachshund in the same pose. I think it might be the only photo he saved from his childhood.
Arizona weather is nothing if not consistent. I have been getting up at 5:30 so we can be outside by 6:45. So far our 5 mile walks and 20 mile bike ride have been OK. I drink most of a 2l pack during that time.
Today Ron is going to the dermatologists today. He has a new wierd growth on this head. Our first time using our global health insurance. It's super high deductible so 8m hoping they will give us a cash price if this is a one visit problem.
Does anyone have an oura ring? We are things of getting them.

Beautiful weather here. Perfect in the uppers 70s. Got a little rain during night.
Oura ring, first I've heard of them...had to Google. They are interesting!
Had dinner at ds2s, they finished installing the smart baby monitor in nursery and set up the app on the phones and tablet. The baby care technology that's out today. Wow. Momma is doing great. Anytime now and Jr. will be here.
Saw a group of 50 or so HDs riding last night down the hwy. Beautiful Site!
Maddie loves looking out our full glass storm Doors! I love that the upper glass ane just slides down to use the upper screens too.
