    Woke up to the sounds of hellish thunder/lightening and driving rain. MUGGGGGGY! Gonna be another hot one today.

    Cabinet installers today. Apparently, only primitive people don't have slide out rolling shelves in every cabinet. #SMH!

    I don't know that Power Ball is worth winning right now. After the discounting and taxes, I can probably only afford one private plane. 🤔

    Cecilia's mom had a minor (?) heart attack in the hospital on Monday and has been moved to cardiac ICU. She's better yesterday and Cecilia took the overnight shift at the hospital last night. The meeting with the Oncologist is on Friday.

    Maddie dog had her meet n greet with baby Tony yesterday at home and she did so well. She is such a sweet good girl. Baby Tony is so cute! Had one eye open while I was holding him, lol. Wonder how their first night home went. Hopefully well for all.

    Crazy how warm the waters off Florida are! According to news report I saw this a.m.

    I'm playing powerball and mega mil, hoping to get really lucky, as millions of folks are! Good Luck!

    Im Making refrigerator style dilly beans today with the boatload of fresh green beans my lake neighbor friend sent home Sunday with my dh. Yummm

    I'm glad that Cecilia is there with her mother, Lou.

    Count me among the primitive, Skip, though those cabinet rolling shelves are nice.

    Caught a few trout, yesterday. They're in the freezer now. I love trout rolled in flour and fried for breakfast a half hour after you caught them while camping. Other than that, they're just OK to me. Rita, on the other hand, would happily eat any kind of fish for every meal, so my catch goes to her supplies for the future.

    I was thinking to do more work at church, today. But the benches I am refinishing are outside, and the forecast is for 91 degrees. We'll see.

    Morning BBB

    Apparently I didn't check in yesterday. We went on a ranger lead hike at the nearby state park. It was just us so we could ask lots of questions. Then we went to a dairy and took a butter making class. I had no idea it was so easy. Stopped on the way home for a loaf of bread from. Jimmy John's. Today's launch will be French onion soup.

    Today we are going to a Chiropractor/physical therapist to get a body alignment workup and some customized exercises. Ron has been reading Peter Attias book and since we ate in one place for two more months it seemed like a good time.

    • I love Wednesdays. Typically a day I can sleep in.
    • It took me awhile to understand the concept of dilly beans but yep, I've had them. Usually at a covered dish dinner.
    • 91°, that's got to be hot for you Dave. Those are GA temperatures. We have a thunderstorm coming in this afternoon which ought to cool things off.
    • I've seen them fancy cabinets with rolling shelves. None here though.

    Reckon I'm like Rita, I'll take fish daily just will not take time to catch; glad DS likes to fish but will not eat fish.
