    G'Morning~

    Opted to come home a day early. Got in some pool time and race. Tucker and I lounged on couch most of the day after an hour or so at the pool. He was glad to see me.
    • Doc - we are anxiously waiting for the big news!
    • SGM - hope the MRI went well.
    • Sam - I loathe most service sectors right now. Pay more; get less; and the attitude to go along with it!
    Gonna be a long week!

    Still no baby. If things don't start up by tomorrow morning, the doc will induce her.

    Have you tried going up behind DDIL and screaming "Boo!", Lee?

    I don't like that fast food places have tip screens, Skip. Charge what you need to afford to pay your team a competitive wage and let the market decide if $9 for a Wendy's burger is too much.

    Haircut in a few hours and then we'll see how the trimmed beard looks blended with sideburns.

    Prayers that momma and baby are just fine and baby comes on his own today!

    We had a huge tree limb that just missed the house and new shed, came down right in between them. Woahhh that could've been way bad. DH will play with his chainsaw and get rid of it this week.

    I notice even at some stores the tip question comes up. And also the 3.5% card charge is tacked on.

    Well, I best go open up the office

    I am sure Tucker was overjoyed at the return of his pal.

    I'll take my pal out for a good walk, this morning, then hit my shop for a while. The afternoon will be devoted to Rita time.

    Arizona had the hottest Julu ever. I was here to see it. There really is a big difference between 117 and 110.

    I thought for sure there would be a new baby today. Well wishes for all.

    • It's Monday so I had breakfast with the ROMEOs.
    • Welcome home Skip.
    • The tipping culture is getting way outta hand. I order a pizza using an app and drive to pick it up and they look at me like I am supposed to tip. Come on. I walk up to a counter an order a cup of joe, they hand it to me and expect a tip. Come on. I like the European model where service and taxes are built in to the price.
    • Looking forward to the good news from Ansbach.
    • If you follow all the controversy in the Methodist Church our congretrations votes on whether to stay or disaffiliate this afternoon. If we disaffiliate I suspect we'll end up as a different 'flavor' of Methodist. Stay tuned.

    Hoping DGS comes today and all are healthy Lee.
    I agree tipping expectations are totally out of control. If I have to go up to counter to order, then go back to counter to pick up order and expected to pick up trash why should I tip.
    Fell in kitchen Saturday, DW kept insisting I go to doctor; yesterday finally broke down and went to urgent care; slight hair line fracture in hip, cannot really do anything about just be careful next few weeks; reinjured neck from over sixty years ago, if not better in few weeks will need to see orthopedic.
    DW said I'm just old, overweight and fat.
