Team Weight Loss and or Maintenance Goals for August 2023

Good Evening All
I am back and will work on my Maintenance: Keeping in mind: before Cancer Diagnosis I had maintained a Healthy Weight for several years of between 125 to 128 pounds on a 5 feet 4.5 inch height.
When I was diagnosed I weighted 130 pounds still normal weight for my almost 5 feet 5 inch frame.
Today I weighed 96 pounds and day before I was a all time low of 95 pounds down 2 pounds from my average of 97 pounds! As you can see I have lost over 30 pounds.
