Nice sunny morning and relatively cool. Church later and a walk somewhere. Biked 9 miles yesterday, which haven’t done in a while.

Dave, that stool deserves to be in an art museum. Will be a family heirloom for ages to come.

    Have a good one...

    Good morning!

Dave, you did an awesome job on that stool. Very beautiful and impressive work.

I didn't get yard work done yesterday, but today is supposed to be cooler. I have vacuuming, mowing, weed whacking, and weeding the garden on tap for today. Procrastination is a beautiful thing.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Got the second bench outside our church finished, yesterday. Two more to go.

The mail yesterday brought a letter from my PCM detailing the results of last week's MRI. She'll write a referral to neurosurgery for evaluation of the degeneration of disks L3-L5. Oh, and the MRI also showed a kidney cyst that needs yet another MRI (with contrast) for evaluation. As my grandma used to say, if it's not one damn thing, it's another.

    Good Morning

Dave, the cat stool should be quite a hit with the DGD. I was evaluated a neurosurgeon who was uncomfortable with the surgery unless I was stable at a healthier weight unless the pain was unmanageable. It shouldn't be a problem for you assuming it is the same procedure of cleaning out various facet joints to allow the nerves to pass through without irritation. I will pray the cyst is minor and easily resolved.

I just got back from my walk. I actually slept in till 7:30 which is very rare for me. It takes an hour or so to get my back, hips and neck loose and all in agreement. We are headed for triple digits so it was already warming up @ 8:30. But I went longer but without intentional hills this time. So I walked 1.66 miles at a slightly slower pace, and burned more calories than I did at a faster pace on the hills which is curious. After Morning Prayer I will dial up a couple short workouts with Silver Sneakers to focus on the neck and shoulders and upper body. I used to alternate between upper and lower body back in the day, which seems like a long long time ago.

    Good Afternoon,
Been Churched, after not having but 62% vote to disaffiliate we lost all buildings and funds' we are planting a new church in Madison, GA. For first service rented an event center, room was packed, opened doors at both ends and brought in all chairs from their storage for outdoor events. Entire praise team except one came to new church; several local churches took up offerings to help us get started. God is at work in Madison, GA. Most of staff resigned from Madison First United Methodist Church and will be helping setup new church. Now to find a building large enough with enough parking, next week will be back at place we had today.

Great looking stool Dave. Hope you can get neck worked out without surgery; I've had a cyst on left kidney for over 20 years, gives doctors something to watch.

Congrats once again on DGS Lee.
