    Mornin’

Went for a 3 mile hike yesterday near where I paddled last week. Nice, wild feeling river, meandering trail through a forest, past farms with hayfields and sheep pastures and back along a country road. A bit hot but I paced myself. Not 15 minutes from where I live and never knew it was there.

Rain forecasted next two days. Hoping to get back to DS’s piano to finish tuning it, but he and his wife have hectic schedules with two kids and two jobs. I don’t know how folks do it these days.

Hope everyone here has fewer aches, pains, and illnesses, and finds healing for what ails them. Good luck with the church situation, Sam. Lee, how’s the new kid on the block doing? Will you be flying back soon?

    Good morning gentlemen.

Nice to discover a hike so close to home, Mike.

Hope to hear from my PCM re- all the referrals she recommended. If I am going to do this stuff, I want to get on with it.

Hope to spend some time in the shop, today, cutting logs and rough turning pieces.

    Good morning!

    Mike, it simply sounds beautiful.

Sam, holding you in prayer for your pain.

Back to work after a really busy weekend. I keep forgetting how old I'm getting at times. I'm not 40 anymore.

    Have a great day!

Good luck with PCP Dave. I think "all" of us could benefit from having a great "concierge" Dr to coordinate all our maladies.

Sorry about the whole church thing Sam. Sad.

Good luck with yoga and yoga postures. I do more what I call "wimpy yoga" to keep my eye pressure in check and also to mitigate osteopenia etc. Modify my forward fold by not bending my head down or curving my spine. Looks more like a 1/2 way lift in my final position. I also usually modify my down dog and at least keep my head up more too.

Glad you discovered a nice trail near home Mike. Sounds beautiful.

Sending good Ts and Ps for all in pain.

    Good Morning

Hey Grandpa, does the kid have a name yet?

A "concierge" Dr only makes sense to provide coordinated care. But those days are likely gone. Though, my Urologist's office is sorta doing that with the prostate cancer. They are arranging for appointments. I will admit it helps to have a central place to work with instead of having to be a general contractor for it.

Still keeping my exercise up. Out early to walk since we have another hot one today just under 100. I went out even though I couldn't get loose and did ok but kept it to 30 minutes since I wanted to get back for Morning Prayer. It feels good to be working out again, though I haven't found my groove yet. My back isn't loving it though.

    Prayer continue for you all.
