    DGS will be called "Laddy ". He is my "third".
    On a train to Nuremberg to catch flight to Paris, then to JFK.
    DDIL and DS#1 are not getting any sleep.

    Lee, I'm so happy that you got to see your children, and that you got to meet your grandchild. Have a safe and easy trip back home.

    We are in a bit of a cooler stretch right now. They are referring to it as "mid-September" weather. I like it! We are going back into the heat after a series of storms tonight into tomorrow.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Hope you're having an uneventful trip. Wonderful that you two were able to spend this time with Laddy and family.

    I never made it into the shop, yesterday. Maybe today. Rita has more shopping to do today, and chauffer duties are called for. Partly cloudy and 81 today; a chance of showers tomorrow.

    We decided to take a trip to Las Vegas in September. They offered us four nights in a "spa suite" with no fees or taxes and a bunch of credit to cover food and maybe a show or two. I'll book the plane tickets today - and Sassy's dog hotel.

    Poor Sassy, locked up while master is off playing.
    Yes, first child gets lots of attention, second child gets less and by third if one, parents have everything down and generally there will be few pictures. Even though every child is an individual.

    I'm doing much better, cardiologist this afternoon then personal training and a yoga class; if neck holds out will try and do some of poses.

    Temps are dropping today so I will head out for my walk after this post. It was more than unpleasant yesterday afternoon but the breeze has returned. Exciting day today with more exercise before cleaning the oven and racks. I hope to do some reading and studying as well. I will be firing up the my Weber for a tri tip this evening. I have been putting it off because it was too hot out there to want to be near a grill.
